By plane
If you arrive by plane at the "Franz Josef Strauß" airport you can reach "Wiesn" with Urban-/underground railway:
- S8 towards "Marienplatz",
then take U3/U6 towards "Goetheplatz" or "Poccistraße" - S1 towards "Hauptbahnhof" (main station),
then take U3/U6 towards "Goetheplatz / Poccistraße" or with U4/U5 to "Theresienwiese / Schwanthalerhöhe"
The whole journey time is about 45 min. Ofcourse there are also taxis at the airport.
Urban-/underground railway / bus
Every visitor to "Wiesen" is free to use the public transport of MVG.
Stations in "Wiesn" and direct railway lines:
- S1 to S8: Towards Hackerbrücke
- S7, S20 and S27: Towards Heimeranplatz then with U4,U5 to "Theresienwiese" or "Schwanthalerhöhe"
